  • Manage multiple engineering projects and priorities as required.
  • Develop project plans, technical approaches, engineering analyses, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain project documentation related to engineering analysis, research, testing, decisions, and historical records.
  • Communicate project status, technical findings, risks, and recommendations to engineering leadership and stakeholders.
  • Make sound engineering decisions based on analysis, available data, established practices, and business requirements.
CAD, Drawings & Engineering Documentation
  • Create, review, and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, layouts, engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material (BOMs).
  • Ensure engineering designs and documentation comply with applicable company and industry standards.
  • Enforce proper use of engineering criteria, drawing standards, design practices, and documentation processes.
  • Support engineering changes and product updates through established engineering processes.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, reports, presentations, and other engineering documentation.
Vehicle Integration & Production Support
  • Provide technical assistance and engineering support to manufacturing and production operations.
  • Investigate and resolve mechanical issues identified through production, testing, field performance, supplier feedback, or internal customers.
  • Analyze reported engineering issues and develop practical, effective corrective actions.
  • Support vehicle and component testing, validation, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.
  • Communicate technical issues and resolution status clearly to appropriate stakeholders.
