Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, creating personalized treatment plans aligned with their specific goals.

• Facilitate referrals and collaborations with local mental health programs, ensuring clients receive the comprehensive support they require.
• Educate clients and their families on coping strategies, treatment processes, and community resources to enhance their understanding and adherence to mental health initiatives.
• Provide specialized support and intervention for clients dealing with issues related to alcohol and substance abuse, as well as experiences of trauma and abuse.

• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a mental health setting.
