Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a technically strong engineer who excels at hands-on problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and driving manufacturing and test excellence at scale

In this role, you will:
Serve as the primary engineering liaison between production, test, and design teams, triaging and resolving hardware testing and manufacturing issues in real time.

Travel to contract manufacturers (<5%) to deploy new test infrastructure and train technicians/operators.
A day in the life
As a Senior Avionics Hardware Test Engineer, you will operate at the interface of design engineering and manufacturing. You will own MRB for your subsystem(s) and drive rapid disposition of nonconforming hardware. Your deep understanding of how your avionics systems are tested will enable you to root-cause issues quickly-whether they stem from hardware, test equipment, software, or process gaps.
