Overview
VTG is looking for a Senior Strategy Practitioner II in Chantilly, VA.
What will you do?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategy Practitioner with survey experience to support the annual Employee Climate Survey at a large government Agency. This practitioner will be responsible for providing support and expertise throughout the survey lifecycle, include survey planning, communications, program management, analysis, reporting, briefings, and ad hoc analysis. Of these responsibilities, a majority of time will be spent in analysis, updating scripts and analysis for the survey, then conducting the analysis and QC'ing the reporting and briefing decks before they are provided to senior leaders across the agency.
  • The ideal candidate has an advanced research background, survey experience, SPSS, and Tableau.
  • Advanced statistics background (able to conduct both simple, e.g., descriptives/correlations and more advanced statistical analyses, e.g., factor/drivers analysis.
  • Several years of experience and background in project management.
  • Several years of experience in applied analytics.
  • Background in statistical programming language (ideally SPSS, R, Tableau).

Do you have what it takes?
  • Top Secret clearance with poly.
  • Master's degree with 6-10 years of expereince or Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of experience.
  • Experienced in the firm's strategy consulting offerings: enterprise strategy development, future scenario analysis, policy analysis, customer/stakeholder insight and strategy development, innovation strategy, organization strategy and design, and performance measurement.
  • Experienced in oral and written communication, and with tools such as Microsoft Office products and Tableau.
  • Manages development of multiple deliverables.
  • Capable of leading small teams.
  • Develops and manages analysis plans.
  • Presents findings to client teams.
  • Experienced with data analysis and visualization and the use of tools such as Tableau to facilitate strategic decision-making.

VTG's estimated starting pay range is $125,000-$150,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
