Job description

You will be a Senior Manager for three teams within the F-35 Item Management organization.
What You Will Be Doing
As the F-35 Item Management Senior Manager you will lead three teams within the F-35 Supply Items Management organization overseeing a variety of systems/commodities (ex. Deployment team and Mission Systems) reporting to the Senior Manager for F-35 Sustainment Supply. You will oversee the management of large scale, complex systems and operations across multiple contracts. You will guide a dynamic team of other leaders and individual contributors.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include as follows:
Responsible for leading and empowering team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex technical or operational problems. Develops and administers budgets, schedules and performance standards.
Assist in establishment of operating policies and procedures that impact the Items Management organization. Provides guidance to team based on organizational goals and company policy.
Assist in the development and implementation of the supply availability strategy and execution plans. Supports the Sales, Inventory & Operations Synchronization (SIOP) process in optimizing aggregated demands across all sources of supply
Manages organizational change, talent development and retention, and organizational growth.
Use project management expertise to troubleshoot, create solutions, and build project plans for complex supply issues that arise
