THE EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing systems and development teams.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale ERP and CRM platforms across the full lifecycle.
  • Deep knowledge of system architecture, databases, networking, and security principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern architectural approaches strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tooling.
  • Strong project portfolio management skills โ€” scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
  • Change management expertise; ability to lead organizational and technical transformation.
