Seeking a compassionate Optometrist with a heart for the Geriatric and Underserved Communities.
The Optometric services we provide to the residents of the facilities we serve support our mission of improving quality of life!
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive great compensation and enjoy a flexible schedule. No evenings or weekends as we work around your availability.

Responsibilities:
  • Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
  • Conduct Eye Exams with mobile Optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results
  • Diagnose and treat ocular diseases
  • Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses
  • Recommend follow up care and treatments
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on vision and optical protocols and concerns.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through patient interactions
