What you will be doing:
Job Summary / Purpose
The Senior System Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and ongoing support of the organization's systems and infrastructure. This role ensures the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of enterprise systems while partnering with IT teams and business stakeholders to support operational and strategic objectives.
Who will you work with:
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The System Engineer collaborates with Central IT teams, including Network, Security, Service Desk, and Application Support, as well as internal business partners and third-party vendors. This role may provide guidance and technical support to junior staff and serve as an escalation point for complex system-related issues.
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of systems engineering or infrastructure experience delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing systems.
A collaborative, problem-solving mindset that strengthens IT operations and cross-team partnerships.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement, modernization, and clear documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong knowledge of server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server and/or Linux).
