Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Java J2EE Developer to join a high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java/J2EE development, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, TDD, Cloud Development, application resiliency, and security best practices. This role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and continuously improving enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance Java/J2EE applications.
  • Apply software design principles and development best practices to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Implement and support Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines.
  • Develop high-quality code using Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
  • Work on cloud-based application development and deployment initiatives.
  • Ensure application resiliency, performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
  • 10 to 13years of experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java and J2EE application development.
  • Experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile frameworks.
