SonSoft is an IT Staffing and consulting firm and duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. We are growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Job Description
  • At least 6 years of experience with Project management and Talent management.
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE and Core Java Development including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.
  • At least 6 years of hands-on Application Development experience working on Spring, Struts, JQuery, HTML5, J JavaScript, CSS3, XML, REST / SOAP Web services, Angular JS, Hibernate.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on Development and Maintenance projects.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
  • At least 3 years of experience in agile methodologies (Scrum etc.) and concepts (Daily scrum, Sprint, Release, Backlog etc.).
  • At least 3 years of experience that aids agile team formation, coaches and guides the team to deliver as a performing unit and agile reporting
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies
