- Build and manage a highly technical team working on business-critical applications
- Hands-on experience as a Google SRE (Site Reliability Engineer)
- Write well-documented, high-performance, reliable, and maintainable code
- Design and program using Core Java/JEE, REST APIs, Spring Boot, microservices; GraphQL is a plus
- Apply software engineering principles, design patterns, refactoring, and product development in complex enterprise/cloud environments
- Utilize strong object-oriented and functional programming skills
- Manage code using Git source control
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Use APM frameworks and integrate with OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT
- Understand and work with containerization and virtualization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Apply C4 software architecture models or Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs)
- Develop with a metrics-driven, observability-focused approach
- Work with 12-Factor app principles and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficient in AWS and/or GCP environments
