OverviewResponsible at the proficient level for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions while contributing to technical requirements gathering. Develops scalable, secure, and resilient applications using modern technologies including Java, Spring Boot, and Python, and collaborates with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions. Completes work following banking technology standards and contributes to the overall stability and resiliency of banking technology within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Primary Responsibilities
- Work within the boundaries of the approved Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to solve business needs and minimize risks to the Bank through clean and resilient code with guidance as needed.
- Provide feedback in pull requests to other team members.
- Participate in code reviews by presenting and providing constructive feedback on code quality and improvements with team members.
- Write organized, clean, efficient, and secure source code using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and related technologies, verified by a senior team member as required.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Utilize source control management tools to organize and maintain code, with review from manager for structure and conflict resolution.
- Jointly analyze technical and business requirements for completeness, accuracy, and feasibility with senior team members to ensure accurate scoping of work.
- Collaborate, document, and communicate technical implementation details clearly and concisely within the team on dependent requirements as needed.
