We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time remote position supporting hiring across the United States and Canada.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to recruit top engineering talent for fintech, banking, consulting, and high-growth startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance.
  • Recruit for technical positions across the United States and Canada.
  • Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by guiding candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment activities and provide regular hiring updates to hiring managers and leadership teams.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and identify new ways to attract top technical talent.

  • Experience recruiting for fintech, banking, consulting, enterprise technology, or startup companies.
  • Good understanding of software engineering technologies, including Java, UI frameworks, cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment practices and work authorization (visa) processes.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, Job boards, and Google Workspace (G Suite).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for Financial Services, FinTech, Banking, Capital Markets, or Consulting organizations.
