Job Summary:
eTeam is seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java/J2EE technologies and prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will drive development activities, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java/J2EE full stack applications.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Java technologies.
• Build responsive and interactive front-end applications using modern web technologies.
• Work independently on development, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in application design discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization activities.
• Ensure application quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and contribute to sprint activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development.
• Strong expertise in: Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework / Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Frontend technologies, SQL and database development
• Prior experience working in Banking or Financial Services environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and SDLC processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
