Responsibilities

  • Design AI solutions with a strong focus on user needs and business outcomes
  • Build and support AI-powered applications, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions
  • Contribute to the development of agents, copilots, retrieval systems, and machine learning capabilities
  • Integrate internal and external systems into AI workflows and applications
  • Write reliable, maintainable, and well-tested code in a CI/CD environment
  • Participate in testing, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, data, product, and business partners
  • Apply software engineering and AI best practices to improve reliability, scalability, and security

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Exposure to AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or machine learning systems
  • Experience with at least one modern programming language such as Python, C#, or Java
  • Familiarity with APIs and modern software development practices
  • Experience with source control and collaborative development workflows
  • Strong learning mindset and desire to grow in AI engineering
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Exposure to vector databases or retrieval-based systems
