Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java/Python Developer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development and hands-on expertise in Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Python, Microservices, and AI frameworks, with proven experience building intelligent AI agents that enhance and automate end-user journeys.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Java 17/21), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python for AI application development and automation.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

AI & Agentic AI Experience (Must Have)

  • Experience designing and developing AI agents that automate and improve end-user workflows and experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or similar.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, context management, memory, and conversation orchestration.
  • Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications through APIs and tool/function calling.
  • Understanding of multi-agent systems and autonomous workflow orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based Microservices and enterprise applications.
  • Build Python-based AI services and integrate them with Java applications.
  • Develop intelligent AI agents capable of executing multi-step business workflows.
  • Build AI-driven solutions that improve customer and end-user experiences.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms, databases, and third-party APIs.

  • Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
  • Exposure to Generative AI platforms and AI governance best practices.
  • Banking, Financial Services, Retail, or Enterprise domain experience is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
