Background: Finance / Banking Function of the Group: The Wizards team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, stability, and operational readiness of WBA digital microapps with a strong focus on backend services.
 
 
Roles and Responsibilities: 
• Development and maintenance of microapps and digital online banking. 
 
Must Have Technical Skills:  • Strong hands-on experience in: ○ Java ○ Spring Boot ○ REST APIs ○ React/UI ○ Microservices 
 
• Specializing in: 
○ Application maintenance ○ Production support ○ Root-cause analysis ○ Performance tuning 
• Improving the stability of business-critical backend systems with focus on application health and compliance
• API Development combined with Agile/Scrum practices (backlog, sprint planning, PI Execution) • Incident Management
• Defect Triage
