Responsibilities:
• Ability to work with clients to design customer journeys and associated data models.
• Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially:
• Email Studio
• Content Builder
• Journey Builder
• Automation Studio
• Cloud Pages (preferred)
• Mobile Studio (preferred)
• Conceptual understanding to establish data models and work with APIs and configurations.
• Ability to explain architecture and maintain an overall understanding of implementation.
• Work towards achieving multi-year program deadlines, scope, and overall program benefits.
• Define program strategies based on business demand and ROI expectations.
• Partner with customer leadership to establish communication plans, information distribution, and cross-CoSA collaboration.
• Enforce Agile workflows and hold team members accountable for commitments and responsibilities.
• Anticipate challenges, identify risks, and recommend mitigations and solutions.
• Own and drive solutions while encouraging teams to be self-accountable and self-empowered.

• Experience with RDBMS databases such as PostgreSQL and Aurora.
• Exposure to JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Web Services (SOAP and REST) and Microservices.
• Experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Kubernetes, and ECS.
• Experience with Apache Kafka framework and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and microservice design patterns.
• Experience with gateway integration and API platforms such as MuleSoft.
• Experience with API and application security including OAuth and SSO.
• Experience in testing, debugging, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in performance tuning.
• Ability to coordinate with UI and backend developers for integration.
• Experience working in a continuous delivery environment.
• Ability to act as a technical lead and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
