Job description

Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. (LRMG) is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Enterprise Float Advanced Practice Provider to primarily support the emergency and inpatient departments in Elbow Lake & Fergus Falls, and the Walk-in Clinic in Fergus Falls. 

  • Provider must be an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or NP) in Emergency Department or Urgent Care 
  • Sole coverage in Elbow Lake ED with Avera tele-support is currently in place.
    • ED coverage shows patient encounters average around 3-4 per shift – average acuity level or ED encounters are 3.5 on a 1-5 ESI scale.
  • Support hospitalist team as indicated - Inpatient, swing bed and observation.

Position will provide consistency and flexibility with ED/WIC coverage Enterprise wide.

  • PA-C or NP from an accredited institution
  • ACLS certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active Minnesota Medical License & DEA upon hire
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: 

Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

  • Base compensation guaranteed salary starting at $120,000.00/year for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU’s).  
  • Annual CME reimbursement allowance & paid professional dues and memberships
