Job description

ITTConnect is seeking a Senior Leader to drive Go-To-Market strategy and execution for Intelligent Automation solutions within the Financial Services sector. This role is responsible for shaping market positioning, driving revenue growth, and leading strategic client engagements focused on automation, AI, analytics, and digital transformation. This is a full-time, senior leadership role with a client that is a global leader in IT and Business Consulting present in over 50 countries.

This position is local in New York City (Union Square area). Candidates are expected to be in the office 4 times a week. This is a highly strategic, client-facing leadership role focused on driving go-to-market strategy, solution positioning, and revenue growth for Intelligent Automation within Financial Services.

We are specifically targeting candidates who are true SMEs in Intelligent Automation (AI, RPA, Data, Analytics) with strong domain expertise across banking, capital markets, or insurance. Relocation candidates will be considered; however, there is a strong preference for local NYC-based talent given the onsite expectations. Responsibilities: Define and execute GTM strategy for Intelligent Automation within Financial Services Partner with sales teams to originate and close large, complex deals Engage with senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, CFO) to position solutions Lead client presentations, proposals, and solution shaping Drive development of automation-led offerings across AI, RPA, data, and analytics Collaborate with delivery and technology teams to build scalable solutions Leverage alliances and partnerships to enhance offerings and expand market reach Provide thought leadership and represent the organization in industry forums Requirements 15+ years of experience in consulting, technology, or managed services Proven track record in GTM strategy, business development, and deal execution Deep expertise in Intelligent Automation (AI, RPA, Data, Analytics) Strong Financial Services domain experience Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders Experience working within global, matrixed organizations Benefits Healthcare including dental, vision, mental health, and well-being programs Financial well-being programs such as 401(k) and Employee Share Ownership Plan Paid time off and paid holidays Paid parental leave Family building benefits like adoption assistance, surrogacy, and others Social well-being benefits like subsidized back-up child/elder care and tutoring Mentoring, coaching and learning programs Employee Resource Groups.
