The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Agentic AI ICAM Integration Software Engineer. Join our team as a Prime Contractor on the MWIII Bridge project, located in Hanover, MD. MWIII Bridge is at the forefront of developing and supporting Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for both enterprise and stand-alone deployments across the Intelligence Community (IC). As a key team member, you will engage in program management, mission support, software integration, development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation, network and system monitoring, configuration control, and release management.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and extension of enterprise identity and access management services for Agentic AI workflows. Utilizing your full-stack development skills with Python, Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and REST services, you will prototype, design, and implement scalable and secure solutions.
  • Develop robust AI agent interaction protocols in collaboration with various development teams.
  • Ensure verifiable and compliant access management systems that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise architectures.
  • Work closely with senior system engineers to implement security mechanisms for safe and controlled Agentic AI workflow integrations.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, 9 years of software engineering experience (4 years of experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree).
  • 2+ years of work experience in SIGINT, IA, or IT domains.

Desired:
  • Familiarity with PKI encryption and authentication protocols
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python, Java, and Spring Boot
  • Experience designing and implementing REST services using JSON
  • Full life cycle front-end and back-end application development expertise
  • Demonstrated skills in containerization and cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Linux environments and bash scripting
  • Expertise in version control and build tools
  • Experience with Atlassian team collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Knowledge of Agentic workflow architectures, AI agents, and MCP servers
  • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Pydantic, Crew.ai, LangChain, etc.) is a plus

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
