Job Overview
Komatsu is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Integrations, to lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of enterprise integration capabilities across a complex and evolving technology landscape. This role is responsible for overseeing both project delivery and ongoing support for enterprise integration platforms, including Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.), IBM Sterling Integrator, and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Integrations will serve as a critical technology and people leader, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure integrations that enable business processes across ERP, digital platforms, partner ecosystems, and external systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in integration architectures, combined with proven people management experience and the ability to lead large, cross-functional programs in a highly integrated enterprise environment.
Working closely with business leaders, enterprise architecture, security, application teams, and external partners, this role will drive integration standards, platform governance, delivery excellence, and operational stability while continuously modernizing integration capabilities to support business growth and digital transformation.
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Defines and executes the enterprise integration strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and overall IT architecture.
  • Leads and manages teams responsible for enterprise integration platforms, including Azure Integration Services, Sterling Integrator, and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • Oversees delivery and support of integrations across multiple concurrent programs and projects, ensuring quality, reliability, and on-time execution.
  • Establishes and enforces integration architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices across the enterprise.
  • Provides technical leadership and design oversight for complex, high-impact integrations involving ERP, digital platforms, partners, and third-party systems.
  • Partners with Enterprise Architecture to ensure integrations align with target-state architecture and long-term platform strategy.
  • Collaborates with application, data, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure integrations meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
  • Manages vendor and system integrator relationships, including delivery oversight, performance management, and financial accountability.
  • Leads operational excellence for integration platforms, including monitoring, incident management, release coordination, and continuous improvement.
  • Drives DevOps and automation practices for integration development, deployment, and support.
  • Manages budgets related to integration platforms, projects, and support services, ensuring cost efficiency and value realization.
  • Builds, mentors, and develops high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Communicates effectively with executive stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-relevant insights and recommendations.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware, or platform engineering roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in people management, leading teams and large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, etc.).
  • Strong experience with SAP integration technologies, including SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • Experience with B2B and managed file transfer platforms such as IBM Sterling Integrator.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, API-led architecture, event-driven architecture, and hybrid integration scenarios.
  • Experience operating in complex enterprise landscapes with ERP, digital platforms, and partner integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, system integrators, and AMS partners.
  • Strong understanding of security, identity, and compliance considerations for enterprise integrations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for integration platforms.

Hiring Range
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $150,000-195,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
