Lube Technician / Entry-Level Automotive Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to join Paul Thigpen Automotive Group as a Lube Technician, where you’ll receive hands-on training, manufacturer support, and a clear career path toward becoming a Certified Automotive Technician. What You’ll Do

  • Perform basic maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
  • Inspect vehicles for wear and damage and communicate findings to service advisors or senior technicians
  • Check and adjust tire pressure and refill fluid levels as needed
  • Install new oil filters and drain plugs
  • Lubricate fittings and perform general vehicle upkeep
  • Complete thorough vehicle inspections following dealership and manufacturer guidelines
  • Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and attention to detail
