What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop and optimize injection molding processes for manufacturing operations
  • Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure product compliance
  • Maintain documentation of process parameters and updates
  • Train operators and technicians on molding procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve cycle times
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in injection molding processes, preferably in automotive manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and materials
  • Experience in process troubleshooting and optimization
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
  • Experience in high-volume automotive production environments
  • Familiarity with quality management systems
