Job description

Job Description The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and supporting the firm's hybrid and cloud-first infrastructure across Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-premises environments. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of enterprise systems while driving modernization, automation, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include managing Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, backup and disaster recovery solutions, and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.

The engineer will lead infrastructure modernization initiatives, implement automation using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code practices, support identity and access management, and partner closely with Security, Network, and Application teams to deliver secure, resilient solutions. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in hybrid or cloud-first environments, strong expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, virtualization, backup and recovery, and PowerShell automation. Experience with SQL Server, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
