Job Summary (Senior Infrastructure Engineer):
- Lead and execute VMware migration projects to OpenShift environments built on Kubernetes technology.
- Utilize extensive hands-on experience with RHEL/Linux systems, focusing on engineering and troubleshooting.
- Design, implement, and maintain OpenShift clusters on underlying Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Manage and support VMware environments, performing migrations and integrations with container platforms.
- Oversee infrastructure components, including networking, servers, and storage systems.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation scripts using Python for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and security of infrastructure solutions.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for infrastructure design, automation, and security.
- Work full-time onsite in Jersey City, NJ, as per client requirements.
