🚨 Now Hiring | Senior Business Analyst – IAM / Cybersecurity 🚨

📍 Location: Chicago, IL
🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
🕒 Duration: 6 Months Contract
💼 Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst with strong experience supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, Authentication, Authorization, and Security Governance initiatives.

🔐 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements for security and IAM initiatives.
🔹 Translate complex security and technical requirements into clear business requirements and user stories.
🔹 Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and align priorities.
🔹 Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and data flows.
🔹 Support IAM initiatives involving SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Cloud Identity Management.
🔹 Support emerging AI and Agentic Identity Governance initiatives.
🔹 Assist with identity lifecycle processes, access reviews, entitlement models, and governance controls.
🔹 Support audit readiness, compliance assessments, risk findings, and remediation tracking.
🔹 Analyze IAM/security data and develop KPI, KRI, dashboards, and executive reporting.
🔹 Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, security teams, architects, engineers, auditors, and technology teams.
🔹 Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

🛡️ Required Skills

✅ 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
✅ Experience supporting Information Security, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Technology programs
✅ Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
✅ IAM / Identity Governance knowledge
✅ Experience with SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, RBAC, and Authentication/Authorization
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, and Data Models
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
✅ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field
