Job description

Title : Sr PLM Engineer
Location: Wilmington, MA.
Work Mode: Hybrid

Description

We are seeking a Senior PLM Engineer to manage and maintain the IT Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process, ensuring accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) management, engineering change control, and alignment across IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, and vendor partners. This role will be responsible for driving BOM lifecycle activities from creation through approval, procurement, and implementation while ensuring data accuracy across Teamcenter, SAP, and related systems. The ideal candidate brings strong PLM expertise, preferably with Teamcenter, along with experience supporting IT infrastructure products, including servers, storage, networking, and low-voltage cabling. Success in this role requires a highly organized professional who can bridge multiple teams, drive process compliance, and maintain visibility into change management and procurement activities.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of PLM experience
  • Strong experience with Teamcenter and SAP ERP
  • Expertise in BOM (Bill of Materials) management
  • Experience with Engineering Change Notices (ECNs/ECOs)
