Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support enterprise business initiatives. This role is responsible for developing custom applications, enhancing Salesforce functionality, integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, and supporting Lightning platform development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce integrations, and data migration, with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Develop scalable solutions that align with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
• Lead or support Classic to Lightning migration initiatives.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using APIs and integration frameworks.
• Perform data migration, data validation, and data transformation activities.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to define and implement solutions.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions in a fast-paced development environment.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize Salesforce platform performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing Salesforce Lightning Components.
• Experience migrating Salesforce Classic applications to Lightning Experience.
• Experience developing and supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration and data management activities.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts, including SaaS and PaaS.
• Ability to develop prototypes and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AppExchange products such as Apttus CLM, Conga, CPQ, and Billing.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Certifications
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required).
