COMPENSATION
- $20/hour (remote) or $25/hour (in-office)
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Uncapped commission on all closed business
- Average weekly earnings: $2,000โ$3,000+ (base + commission)
- Renewals for long-term agents (2+ years)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work inbound leads provided by SAI
- Enroll Medicare clients into appropriate plans
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D options
- Sell ancillary products during off-peak periods
- Manage and grow your book of business
- Maintain full compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Active Health Insurance License (required)
- Medicare sales experience (required for this role)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a track record of consistent production
- Ability to work full-time MondayโFriday (40 hrs/week)
