ABOUT SAI

Senior Advisors Institute is a Medicare-focused insurance agency licensed in 40+ states, partnered with 15+ top-rated national carriers. We built our operation around one goal: giving experienced agents the leads, support, and infrastructure to maximize production and keep what they earn.

COMPENSATION

  • $20/hour (remote) or $25/hour (in-office)
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Uncapped commission on all closed business
  • Average weekly earnings: $2,000โ€“$3,000+ (base + commission)
  • Renewals for long-term agents (2+ years)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work inbound leads provided by SAI
  • Enroll Medicare clients into appropriate plans
  • Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D options
  • Sell ancillary products during off-peak periods
  • Manage and grow your book of business
  • Maintain full compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Active Health Insurance License (required)
  • Medicare sales experience (required for this role)
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a track record of consistent production
  • Ability to work full-time Mondayโ€“Friday (40 hrs/week)
