The Marketing Liaison (PACE) is responsible for driving growth, market expansion, and referral development for the Hope PACE program through strategic outreach, relationship management, and community engagement. This role serves as a key liaison between Hope PACE and referral partners, ensuring clear communication of program benefits while increasing awareness and access to services.
This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively engage diverse communities, caregivers, and healthcare partners. The coordinator plays a vital role in supporting enrollment growth by executing targeted marketing strategies, educating referral sources, and identifying opportunities to increase qualified referrals and conversions.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven healthcare sales, marketing, or outreach performance required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent clinical or patient-centered background (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Case Management) considered
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
  • Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, or senior healthcare populations strongly preferred
  • Prior formal sales or marketing training preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Valid Florida Driver's License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
  • Professional licensure (RN, LCSW, etc.) must be maintained if applicable, but not required for the position
  • Completion of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias training through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs required upon hire

  • Exceptional bilingual communication skills with ability to effectively present to diverse audiences, including Spanish-speaking participants and families
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with referral partners and community organizations
  • Skilled in identifying needs, addressing concerns, and overcoming objections with professionalism

Analytical & Strategic Thinking

  • Ability to analyze market trends, referral patterns, and conversion data to guide outreach strategy
  • Proficiency in understanding key performance indicators, including referral volume, conversion rates, and growth targets
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts such as averages, percentages, and trend analysis

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems to track referral activity and pipeline management
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines (CMS, AHCA) related to healthcare marketing

Position Responsibilities (Not All-Inclusive)

Growth & Market Development

  • Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment and referral growth targets
  • Execute strategic outreach plans aligned with organizational census and market share goals
  • Identify and develop new referral sources across healthcare systems and community organizations
  • Analyze referral trends and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and referral quality

Referral Partner Engagement

  • Serve as the primary liaison to referral partners including:
    • Physician practices
    • Hospitals and health systems
    • Skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
    • Home health agencies
    • Veterans Administration
    • Area Agency on Aging and community-based organizations
  • Conduct bilingual presentations, in-services, and educational sessions to increase program awareness
  • Provide ongoing education on:
    • PACE program benefits and services
    • Medicare and Medicaid eligibility guidelines
    • Clinical and social advantages of community-based care versus institutional settings

Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

  • Plan and execute effective sales calls, including:
    • Pre-call planning and research
    • Relationship development
    • Needs assessment and solution presentation
    • Objection handling and closing for referral commitment
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all outreach activities in CRM
  • Track and report on referral pipeline, activity metrics, and outcomes

Collaboration with Clinical Leadership

  • Partner with interdisciplinary team (IDT) and clinical leadership to:
    • Align referral strategies with participant needs
    • Communicate market trends and referral partner expectations
    • Strengthen program positioning and service delivery responsiveness

Community Engagement & Marketing

  • Represent Hope PACE at community events, health fairs, and networking functions
  • Support development and distribution of bilingual marketing materials
  • Ensure all activities align with CMS and state regulatory requirements

Professional Development

  • Participate in ongoing education related to healthcare trends, senior care services, and regulatory updates
  • Stay informed on industry changes impacting Medicare, Medicaid, and PACE programs

Incentive / Commission Structure

This position is eligible for a performance-based incentive program designed to reward achievement of defined growth and enrollment goals.

Specific incentive amounts, thresholds, and payout structures are defined by leadership and may be adjusted based on organizational priorities.

Work Environment & Travel Requirements

  • Frequent travel required within assigned territory and Hope PACE service areas, including Charlotte, Collier, and Lee Counties in Florida
  • Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, printer, etc.)

Compensation Pay Range:

$55,232.15 - $86,300.24
