As an OurBrands Designer, you will support the day-to-day development and execution of creative design solutions that bring the OurBrands strategy to life across multiple channels. This role partners closely with Corporate Communications & Marketing to translate business and marketing needs into compelling visual communications that deliver effective, brand-aligned solutions. You will leverage a strong creative mindset and technical expertise to produce high-quality work across both digital and traditional formats, including (but not limited to) digital signage, presentations, event collateral, infographics, social media, advertising, banners, point-of-sale materials, retail displays, and brand guidelines. This position requires the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, apply innovative approaches across existing and emerging channels, and deliver visually engaging content that aligns with brand standards.

You will contribute by:
  • Translating engagement requirements into compelling graphics that communicate a clear story, while consulting on recommended design approaches (including optimal formats and styles)
  • Leading the execution of OurBrands POS kits, social posts, sell sheets, and digital and print creative in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Ensuring design standards are upheld across all communications while exploring new interpretations of the brand
  • Recommending, researching, and developing current trends and experiences to support creative strategy and execution
  • Collaborating closely with the OurBrands team to develop and manage timelines in coordination with external partners and vendors
  • Contributing across both tactical execution (e.g., presentation design) and strategic initiatives (e.g., pitching creative concepts for communications campaigns)
  • Supporting team direction and providing guidance as needed to ensure high-quality creative output
  • Acting as the on-site point of contact for video needs, coordinating the video recording studio environment, equipment support, and occasional filming or photography as needed.

We're looking for candidates with:
  • Background in an agency or in-house creative environment, preferably in CPG, private-label, retail brand support, or product design
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short lead times
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a team-oriented mindset
  • Self-direction and motivation to take projects from concept through final design
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Creativity, technical capability, and a strong sense of graphics, typography, and layout
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on macOS, along with experience creating templates and presentations in Office 365 (PowerPoint), Google Slides, and Keynote
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Experience designing digital and social assets for internal and external channels, adapting creative for multiple formats and placements
  • Working knowledge of preparing files for review, production, and release, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications across channels
  • Experience using digital asset management (DAM) systems to manage, source, and organize creative assets across multiple brands and product categories
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to company offices, retail stores, distribution centers, conferences, and events as needed, including some overnight travel
