This role combines strong communication, organization, and problem-solving across a global customer base. As an EOS company, Knight Watch values clarity, accountability, follow-through, and continuous improvement, and we are looking for someone who brings dedication to every project and every interaction. • Take the time you need with paid time off for vacation, personal days, and life's important moments—because well-being matters.

• Stay connected with the option of a company phone or your own iPhone with monthly reimbursement, giving you flexibility that supports how you work best.

• Keep learning and growing with tuition reimbursement of up to $1,500 per semester as part of our investment in your development.

• Be part of a strong team culture built on connection, accountability, and shared success.

• Start with a strong onboarding process, dedicated training on our systems, and hands-on support that prepares you to contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 40–80 concurrent projects, ranging from small to large in scope, keeping each on schedule and within scope.

• Communicate with U.S. and international customers and subcontractors from project start to finish, ensuring their needs are met and projects stay on track.

• Facilitate heavily between internal teams, manufacturer partners, and programmer resources to keep work moving and issues resolved quickly.

• Partner closely with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and job scope.

• Order parts from manufacturers based on project requirements.

• Own shipping coordination, including panel builds and equipment shipping.

• Directly manage one team member, overseeing panel builds, equipment shipping, technical documentation, IP addressing, and communication.

• Maintain strong internal communication with customer and the global Knight Watch team and coordinate closely with leadership on priorities.

• Use the customer's project tracking platform to keep documentation and status updates current.

• Uphold safety standards across all projects, site coordination, and partner communication.

What Success Looks Like in this Role:

• Projects across a 40–80 project portfolio stay on schedule and within scope, with issues caught and resolved before they become delays.

• Customers, partners, and programmers feel informed and confident, with clear communication at every stage of a project.

• Purchase orders, shipping, and site coordination happen smoothly and on time, keeping manufacturer and programmer resources aligned.

• The team member you manage has the direction and support needed to succeed in panel builds, shipping, documentation, and communication.

• Priorities communicated clearly and consistently with internal and external teams

• Safety standards are upheld across every project, every time.

• You build lasting trust with major accounts and customers, understanding their needs well enough to anticipate what they need next.
