About the Role

We are actively seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on Blazor and .NET Core to join our high-impact development team. In this role, you’ll play a central part in designing and building scalable microservices and rich, responsive web interfaces for our public safety solutions suite.

What You’ll Do

  • Backend Development: Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) with relational databases and develop scalable microservices using .NET Core (C#)
  • Frontend Development: Build intuitive, responsive UIs using Blazor and JavaScript
  • Messaging & Communication: Implement message queuing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus) for inter-service communication
  • Containerization: Deploy and maintain apps using Docker and orchestration tools
  • Security: Enforce secure coding best practices to safeguard sensitive systems
  • Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and write unit tests with tools like xUnit
  • Collaboration: Work in an agile, distributed team and produce clear technical documentation

Preferred Expertise (Strongly Valued)

  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Blazor
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core development
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) and sound database design principles
  • Familiarity with secure coding, authentication, and authorization standards
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Comfort with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes)
  • Experience integrating message queue technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure ServiceBus
