Senior Integration Developer (Boomi / Dell Boomi)

The Senior Integration Developer (Boomi / Dell Boomi) is responsible for leading the design and implementation of enterprise systems integration solutions, enabling secure and scalable integration between internal leasing platforms and third-party vendor systems using iPaaS and other integration technologies.

Essential Functions:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable integration solutions using the Boomi platform, supporting real-time and batch processing.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain APIs and integrations (REST, SOAP, B2B/EDI, file-based) across enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and HCM.
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and routing using formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and EDI.
  • Manage Boomi environments (Atoms, Molecules, Cloud Atoms) and support full SDLC including testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs while ensuring security, performance, documentation, and ongoing optimization.


Must Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology (or equivalent) with 7+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Boomi and enterprise integration experience.
  • Strong expertise in integration patterns and building APIs using REST and SOAP web services.
  • Proven experience in integrating enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday) and working with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB) and experience in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Node.js, JavaScript, .NET/C#) and handling data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and EDI.
  • Experience with API development, management, security (OAuth, SSO, SSL), administration, and support.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps practices.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting high-volume, mission-critical integrations.
  • CI/CD pipeline integration experience
  • Boomi related certifications a plus
  • Experience with other iPaaS(Integration Platform as a Service) tools (e.g., MuleSoft).

This is a hybrid position, based in our Mt. Laurel, NJ office, three days a week, with two days remote.
