Position Description:
CGI is seeking an AI Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. Builds the application layer end users interact with the modern full-stack experience that surfaces AI capabilities in a usable, performant, enterprise-ready product. As one of the world's largest independent IT and business consulting services firms, CGI combines deep industry expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative solutions for clients around the globe.
This role can be performed near any CGI office - hybrid
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Develop modern full-stack applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js
- Build and consume REST/GraphQL APIs connecting front-end experiences to AI and data services
- Design responsive, intuitive UI/UX for AI-embedded features (e.g., chat interfaces, workflow builders, human-in-the-loop review screens)
- Integrate application layer with enterprise APIs, databases, and business workflows
- Collaborate with AI Engineering to consume AI outputs (extraction results, agent responses, recommendations) in-product
- Collaborate with the Azure/Cloud Developer on deployment, environment configuration, and performance
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and technical planning
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Minimum 8 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
. Experience building enterprise B2B SaaS applications (not solely consumer-facing applications).
. Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
. Backend development experience with Python and/or Node.js.
. Experience designing and developing REST and GraphQL APIs.
. Experience integrating applications with enterprise APIs, databases, and business workflows.
. Strong understanding of modern software engineering best practices, including testing, version control, and secure application development.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Experience building AI-enabled user experiences, including streaming responses, agent status/progress, and human-in-the-loop review workflows.
. Experience developing AI-native enterprise B2B SaaS products comparable to Harvey AI, Linear AI, Cursor, or Notion AI, where AI is embedded into the core product experience.
. Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Clinical Trials, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals.
. Familiarity with enterprise design systems and UX patterns used in modern B2B SaaS products.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $102,000.00 $137,000.00.
