We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Full Stack Consultant to join our engineering team. This role is critical for a high-priority project utilizing Scrum/Kanban methodologies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of sophisticated applications, bridging the gap between front-end user experience and robust back-end cloud architecture. As a consultant, you will not only write code but also influence our standard processes and ensure the reliability of our production environments.

TECHNICAL CORE REQUIREMENTS

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS A POLYGLOT ENGINEER WITH DEEP EXPERTISE IN MODERN CLOUD ENVIRONMENTS:

  • Back-End: Expert-level Java and proficient Python for application logic and scripting.
  • Front-End: Strong experience with Angular for building responsive, scalable UIs.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS Services and cloud-native design patterns.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Demonstrated proficiency in automating deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Database & Integration: Proven ability to design databases and integrate complex third-party products into existing ecosystems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full Lifecycle Development: Translate complex technical specifications into high-quality code. You will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of new features and internal enhancements.
  • Automated Quality: Employ advanced software development techniques to ensure all tests support a fully automated deployment model.
  • Deployment & Support: Manage the elevation of code through Dev, Test, and Production environments. This includes submitting change control requests and providing follow-up production support.
  • System Triage: Identify and resolve critical issues across UI and Mid-tier application layers.
  • Team Mentorship: Assist application teams with code reviews and help establish "gold standard" development processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Participate in a rotational on-call support schedule to ensure system stability.

QUALIFICATIONS & SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Experience: A demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-level applications.
  • Methodology: Fluent in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Problem Solving: A "systems-thinking" approach to issue resolution and architectural design.
  • Communication: Ability to produce clear reports and documentation for internal stakeholders.
