About the Role
As a Senior Front-End Software Engineer at LogicGate, you will own the architectural foundation and UI experience of our market-leading Risk Cloud platform. Enterprise risk and compliance teams rely on our platform daily to transform complex data into actionable, real-time insights- making responsive, high-performing front-end systems essential. Working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, you will design scalable component architectures, elevate our front-end tooling, and integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into core user workflows. In this role, your technical leadership and standards for code craft will directly shape how global enterprises manage risk.
What You'll Do
  • Component Architecture: Design and ship modular, reusable UI components using TypeScript, Angular, and modern front-end tools to ensure platform maintainability and enterprise scale.
  • Quality & Testing: Champion automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers (utilizing tools like Cypress) to maintain high test coverage, rapid CI/CD deployment, and low defect rates.
  • AI Workflow Integration: Leverage modern AI tools and automated developer workflows to accelerate feature delivery, optimize code quality, and weave intelligent capabilities into platform user experiences.
  • Performance & Observability: Monitor and tune web performance metrics and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 compliance), leveraging Datadog dashboards and logs to eliminate UI bottlenecks.
  • Technical Mentorship: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate squad coding standards, fostering technical growth across earlier-career engineers.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Product Management, Design, QA, and Backend teams in an Agile environment to refine technical specifications and build intuitive customer features.
  • Documentation & Standards: Produce clear architectural documentation and technical specifications to share domain context and ensure long-term codebase health.
What You Bring
Required:
  • Engineering Experience: 5+ years of professional front-end engineering experience delivering complex production applications in an enterprise environment.
  • Core Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, Angular (or modern component-based frameworks like React/Vue with a track record of ramping fast) and modern build tools.
  • Testing & Quality Culture: Proven experience writing testable code and building comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E test suites (e.g., Cypress, Jest) as a standard practice in the development lifecycle.
  • AI Literacy & Productivity: Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI tools, LLMs, or automated coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost developer velocity and code reliability.
  • Performance & Accessibility: Solid understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design principles, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards for enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Work Arrangement & Engagement: Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment, with willingness to travel occasionally for team onsites and company events.
Nice to Have:
  • Domain & SaaS Background: Direct experience building enterprise B2B SaaS platforms, ideally within GRC, security, or data-intensive analytics software.
  • Toolchain & CI/CD: Familiarity with GitLab CI pipelines, Webpack bundling optimization, and Datadog Real User Monitoring (RUM).

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
