Job Title: Control Room Operator
Job Order#: YI592672825
Location: Sebring, FL
Pay: $22.00/hr
Hours:  Mon-Fri, 5:30am-2:30pm
Duration: Possible Temp to Hire Position 

The control room blends all product and other components that go into the finished goods.   Most of the work is computer based, must have experience with MS Office Word & Excel. Will assist with general office duties including data entry,  filing, scanning, entering data into reports. 
 
JOB OBJECTIVES:
  • Inputs data into the control room computer that coordinates the lines on the production floor.
  • Select the proper materials based on the blend sheet being run.
  • Complete the daily production operating logs
  • Works with tote room operator to change and allocate correct sprayable materials per run.
  • Can read the floor and make corrective actions if needed based on production needs.
  • Ensures each batch is completely packaged before allowing the next batch to be dumped into the packaging hopper.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Troubleshooting abilities with computer programs a must
  •  Experience with Microsoft Excel & Word  
  •  Good verbal communication skills and the ability to follow directions
  •  Interpersonal Skills
  •  Must be able to work in a team environment, reliable, dependable and trustworthy
  • Safely lift 50lbs as needed
