Job description

Hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers
  • EARN MORE WITH TUCKER - Average up to $105,000 per year*
  • ROLL IN THE NEWEST IRON - Late-model trucks equipped with APUs & upgraded interiors
  • REFER A FRIEND, STACK THE CASH - Up to $7,500 driver referral bonus per referral
Why Drive for Tucker?

At Tucker Freight Lines, the trucking life isn't just a business - it's personal. Owners Sauny and AJ Tucker grew up around this industry, and AJ drove on the road himself. That background shapes the way Tucker runs: with genuine respect for drivers, a team-first culture, and a commitment to making sure every driver has a real shot at success. When you're at Tucker, you're not just filling a seat - you're part of the family that keeps this operation moving.

OTR Open Deck Driver Overview
  • Pay that performs at the top. Drivers earn up to $105,000 per year, with average weekly pay ranging from $1,700 to $2,200. Mileage pay runs 81CPM, including bonuses, with stop pay and additional bonus opportunities available.*
  • Specialized freight that rewards skill. Haul flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers on a network running primarily through the Midwestern and Southern states. Most loads come pre-loaded and secured, so you can focus on the drive.
  • Equipment built for the long haul. Late-model trucks loaded with APUs and upgraded trim packages - late-model trucks kept in top condition for comfort and reliability.
  • Quarterly bonuses on top of strong base pay. Tucker offers quarterly bonuses alongside stop pay and clean inspection bonuses that help your earnings stack up over time.*
Benefits & Perks
  • Benefits that cover the whole picture. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, health savings account, and company-paid life insurance round out a strong benefits package.
  • Time off and paid holidays. Paid holidays and time off give you the ability to plan and reset.
  • Paid orientation. Get paid from day one with a paid orientation program that sets you up right.
  • Bonuses that keep adding up. Clean inspection bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and stop pay mean extra earning opportunities throughout the year.*
  • Rider and pet policies available. Bring your co-pilot - Tucker's rider and pet policies make the cab feel more like home.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.

There is no deadline to apply. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
