Job description

We seek a talented and experienced Controls Engineer with expertise in Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms to join our team. If you are passionate about automation, project execution, and mentorship, this might be your perfect opportunity!

  Key Responsibilities:

- PLC Programming: Develop and implement software for automation systems using both Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms. This is a must-have skill for the role.

- Commissioning: Confidently commission devices "out of the box" and ensure everything operates as expected in the field.

- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel approximately 30% to 65% of the time. Senior-level engineers with strong mentorship capabilities will have reduced travel requirements as they help guide and support junior team members.

- Mentorship & Teamwork: Collaborate with the team, provide training and mentorship to less experienced engineers, and foster a supportive and learning-focused environment.

 Qualifications:

- Experience Level: Mid to Senior level (5+ years preferred).

- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with both Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems is required.

- Project Leadership: Proven experience in managing and executing control system projects from start to finish.

- Commissioning Experience: Ability to commission new devices and systems confidently.

 Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves):

- Robot Programming: Experience with or a desire to learn robot programming.

- Hardware Design: Experience with hardware design is a plus.

- Higher-Level Programming: Familiarity with higher-level programming languages such as C, Python, or CodeSys.

 Why Join Us?

- Growth Opportunities: Contribute to interesting, high-impact projects while enhancing your skill set.

- Collaborative Team: Work with a supportive and innovative team that values training and professional development.

- Balanced Travel: Travel less as you grow in your role and mentor the next generation of engineers.

If you are a skilled controls engineer with a passion for automation, project execution, and mentorship, we would love to hear from you!
