Responsibilities

As an experienced advisor or planner, you will:
  • Senior Advisors at Proxy Financial are expected to embody “The Proxy Way” by combining technical expertise, leadership, and a deeply personalized client experience.
  • Senior Advisors serve as both strategic planners and trusted relationship leaders, helping guide high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and institutions through sophisticated financial decisions.
  • Collaborate with regional directors and partner teams to deliver comprehensive client outcomes.
  • Leverage Proxy’s integrated platform and resources to scale your practice efficiently.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities. 
  • Advanced knowledge of investments, retirement planning, estate planning concepts, and risk management strategies. 
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, or multi-generational families preferred.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
 
  • $500K - $1M+ trailing-12 production for two consecutive years (any mix of AUM, insurance, or fee-based business).
  • Series 65 and Life & Health licenses required.
  • Series 7 or CFP®, CPA, CFA, ChFC®, or similar advanced designations strongly preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in financial advising or planning.
  • Proven ability to independently conduct data-gathering, planning, and client onboarding.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
