As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and support forklifts, material handling equipment, and industrial equipment throughout your assigned territory.
You will work directly with customers, troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, document service activity, and help keep customer operations moving.
This is not an entry-level technician role.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Forklift Technician, Field Service Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Technician, Equipment Mechanic, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar technician role
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, engine, drivetrain, or industrial equipment systems
  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical documentation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in industrial environments
