Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are 10+ Years seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Python-based backend development, ReactJS frontend, and modern AI/GenAI systems. The role involves designing and building scalable, data-intensive applications, integrating microservices, and agentic AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive and interactive frontend applications using React.js / Node.js, including map-based visualization of properties
- Design and build scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and .NET (C#) for property, mortgage, and investment workflows
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs, adapters, and microservices for end-to-end feature delivery and drill-down capabilities
- Design and optimize database schemas using Azure SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server
- Integrate with knowledge graph systems (Neo4j, Cosmos DB) for entity-relationship modeling
- Enable interaction with agentic AI systems (Python-based) and production-grade LLM integrations
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and implement MCPs (Model Context Protocol / modular AI pipelines)
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and high availability of applications
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define architecture, HLD/LLD, and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Debugging frontend and backend production issues.
- Performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience in HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) for distributed systems
- Data latency reduction techniques.
- Scalability and fault-tolerant design.
- Handling schema drift & concept drift in ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with:
- RAG pipelines
- LLM integration beyond POCs
- Agentic AI systems
- Model Context Protocols (MCPs)
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in Python backend development (FastAPI / Flask / Django)
- Hands-on expertise in ReactJS (Hooks, state management)
- Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of:
