We are seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney ready to step into a pivotal role within our thriving firm. Responsibilities
• Manage a family law caseload from inception through resolution.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Develop and execute a case strategy aligned with client goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Direct case progress and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Review, revise, and oversee pleadings and filings prepared by paralegals.
• Independently draft complex or strategic legal documents as needed.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants for efficient case management.
Qualifications
• Successfully represented 350+ family law cases from inception to resolution.
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results driven.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
