A Senior Environmental Analyst is responsible for assessing environmental data, conducting research, and developing strategies to minimize environmental impact for organizations or government agencies. They analyze regulations, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with environmental laws. Their work often involves collaborating with engineers, scientists, and policy makers to design sustainable solutions and implement environmental programs. Additionally, they may mentor junior analysts and lead project teams in conducting environmental impact assessments.

What are some common challenges faced by senior environmental analysts when balancing regulatory compliance with project goals?
