To be eligible for this work, all candidates are required to hold a current TOP SECRET clearance, or higher.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provide direct support to the Technical Advisor for C-UAS Technology, Systems and Applications in the evaluation of the entire DoD portfolio related to C-UAS across the Joint Force.
  • Support of the C-UAS JCO in the Core Discipline of Technical Management to include requirements analysis, concept development, science and technology, research, and development for JCO C-UAS efforts.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise support in the areas of Systems Engineering, Advanced Technology and Concept Development, Architecture Design, System Design, System Integration, Interoperability, Modeling and Simulation, Requirements Analysis, System Effectiveness & Analysis.
  • Provided SME Technical Support for meetings, briefings, and assessment of direction from Army and DoD Senior Leaders
  • Participate in technical reviews and meetings between and JCO and other Government organizations and contractors
  • Make technical recommendations to include improved capabilities and performance of weapon systems, sensor systems, Command and Control systems, system /subsystem integration and interoperability.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Hold an advanced degree from an accredited institution in a STEM discipline
  • Must have at least 25 years experience in all areas/types of C-UAS technologies
  • Must have at least 20 years experience in IAMD
  • Must have knowledge and experience with Pentagon policies, processes, and procedures
  • Must possess demonstrable knowledge of missiles and space, radars, command and control, and systems engineering
  • Must possess demonstrable experience in briefing/interacting with senior government and military personnel
  • Must be self-motivated and able to assertively document and follow-up on customer requests
  • Must have hands-on knowledge in coordinating problem resolution and working across engineering functional areas.
  • This position requires normal duty station in Washington D.C.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Current TS/SCI
  • Familiarity with Army battle command and control systems such as Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System, Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control, and the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System
  • Familiarity with the Joint All Domain Command and Control system strategy and development
  • Current or recent experience working in Integrated Fires & Rapid Capability Office, Integrated Fires Mission Command, or other PEO M&S organizations

An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $157,500.00 - $283,500.00
