  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
  • Support cross-functional teams with concise verbal, written, and visual communication for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Guide and mentor junior pricing analysts, sharing best practices and strengthening team capability.
  • Own the quality and integrity of your analysis by validating data, documenting assumptions, and building recommendations that leaders can trust.
  • Stay close to the work and the customer by partnering across Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to understand real market needs.
  • Improve every day by challenging assumptions, testing methods, and refining models through continuous learning and disciplined problem-solving.
  • Win as one team by sharing insights openly, supporting junior analysts, and aligning your work with broader business priorities.
  • Remove friction for users by creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly automated processes for large-scale data analysis.
  • Communicate with clarity and candor so complex pricing findings become simple, practical decisions for stakeholders at every level.

What we look for
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines, with strong foundational knowledge in analytical methodologies.

  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience in a pricing or analytics role, showcasing a track record of success in pricing strategy development.

  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data, research, and analyses into simple, concise, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration with peers, management, and other key stakeholders across the organization.
