URGENT HOT JOB: Senior Full-Stack .NET & Azure Architect / Team Lead

We are fast-tracking submissions for an exclusive, high-impact project in Montreal! This role requires a hands-on technical leader with exceptional communication skills who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business stakeholders and distributed development teams.

Location: Montreal, QC (Full-time Onsite at Client Office + Occasional site visits to Baie-Comeau, Becancour, and Deschambault)

Experience Level: 10 - 13 Years Preferred

Language Requirement: English fluency is required. French-Canadian language proficiency is a strong asset / added advantage (but not strictly mandatory).

Requirements

Core Technical Stack:

  • Backend & Cloud: Expert-level Microsoft Technologies (.NET, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure Data Services like ADF, Azure SQL, and Azure PaaS like Web Apps, Key Vaults, Function Apps).
  • Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with Blazor or Angular (one is mandatory).
  • Mobile: Solid experience with iOS development and MAUI.
  • Infrastructure: Reviewing pull requests, maintaining Azure CI/CD pipelines, and writing ARM templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Process Owners and Technical Stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Provide clear technical direction and high-level designs to convert functional requirements into robust business processes.
  • Manage daily activities for both onsite and offshore development teams, providing technical mentorship.
  • Own Change Management, Incident Management, and troubleshooting for L2 & L3 support tickets.
  • Collaborate globally (flexibility for occasional nighttime conference calls is required).
