They are seeking a Senior M&S Systems Developer (SME) to lead the technical design and development of NATO's Next Generation M&S capability, creating distributed simulation environments that support complex multi-domain operations analysis and training.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design and implement high-level architecture for NATO's next-generation M&S systems
โ€ข Lead DIS protocol implementation and ensure compliance with IEEE standards
โ€ข Architect distributed simulation environments supporting multi-location exercises
โ€ข Develop software components for real-time simulation interaction and data exchange
โ€ข Create technical specifications for system interfaces and integration points
โ€ข Design scalable architectures supporting political-to-tactical level simulations
โ€ข Implement middleware solutions for simulation interoperability
